You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Coaching is for the in-between moments—the transitions, the experiments, the days when your clarity is just out of reach. Here’s what the process looks like so you know what to expect, every step of the way.
We’ll spend 20–30 minutes getting to know each other. You can share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure to commit—we’re just seeing if it feels like a good fit.
If we decide to work together, you’ll choose from one of my coaching packages—or we’ll build something tailored to your goals, budget, and capacity. Once you decide, I’ll send over a simple agreement and onboarding form.
You’ll get access to my calendar and can book at your own pace. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions. You’ll also get a welcome guide and any tools we’re using (like the Soft Hustle Workbook or boundary planning sheets).
Every session is customized to what’s showing up for you that week. We might map out a sustainable routine, rewrite a boundary script, process a big feeling, or troubleshoot something that’s just not working. My job is to support your clarity—not direct your choices.
