This work is about light—but not the blinding kind.
The coaching space I offer isn’t about perfection, pressure, or pretending to have it all together. It’s about showing up honestly. Gently. With space to be complex, messy, brilliant, and tired all at once.
Here’s what you can expect when you work with me:
Truth
I believe in telling the truth—even when it’s hard, even when it’s uncomfortable. That includes honoring your truth, not just the “professional” or polished parts.
Softness
You don’t need to be hard to be powerful. Rest, tenderness, and slowness are all valid strategies. Here, we unlearn hustle culture and rebuild trust with your pace.
Liberation
My work is grounded in anti-oppression values and an understanding that personal growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We acknowledge systems, we honor identities, and we reject shame-based tools.
Self-Trust
You are the expert on you. I’m here to reflect, support, and offer tools—but not to “fix” you. We move at the speed of your nervous system, not the speed of external expectations.
Creativity
Whether you're building a business, designing your week, or just trying to get through the day, creativity is your superpower. We’ll use it to build solutions that feel good in your body.
Gentle structure. I bring tools, templates, and strategy—but we shape them around your life, not the other way around.
Collaborative sessions. You set the pace and the priorities. I ask curious questions, offer insight, and help you stay connected to your why.
No shame, ever. Didn’t do the homework? Changed your mind? Need to cry mid-session? Cool. You’re human. There’s room for all of you here.
Body-aware and brain-friendly. We honor neurodivergence, trauma responses, and sensory needs. This space is designed to support your whole self.
This isn’t about shining brighter for others. It’s about building a life that reflects your light, so you don’t have to dim it to belong.
