Great question! Therapy often looks at the past—it's focused on healing, trauma processing, and mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We won't dig deep into clinical history or diagnoses. Instead, we work on creating structure, building confidence, and taking aligned steps toward your goals. Coaching is about momentum, not medical treatment.
I specialize in working with queer, neurodivergent, and burnout-prone folks who want to build lives that feel more aligned and less exhausting. Many of my clients are creatives, entrepreneurs, deep feelers, or late bloomers navigating change. If you value softness, sustainability, and honesty—we’ll probably be a good fit.
Nope! While I center queer and neurodivergent experiences in my work, anyone is welcome. If you're drawn to my approach and it feels like a safe fit for you, you're invited in.
Each session is guided by what you need most that day. We might explore mindset, map out your week, troubleshoot boundaries, create a new routine, or process a big decision. I bring tools and structure; you bring your lived experience. Together, we build clarity and momentum.
Coaching sessions are flexible and collaborative. We can meet virtually (I use Google Hangouts), in person at my office, or even out in the community—think a walk in the park, a cozy coffee shop, or wherever you feel most at ease. It’s less formal than therapy on purpose, so we can build a space that works for your brain, body, and schedule.
Most packages are structured weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and capacity. That said, I’m flexible—some clients prefer spreading sessions out or scheduling around big projects or life events. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
Sometimes! But never in a guilt-trip way. I’ll offer tools, reflections, or action steps tailored to your goals and capacity. You're always in charge of what feels doable—and I’ll meet you where you are.
If you’re craving support, clarity, or accountability—but don’t need clinical treatment—coaching could be a great fit. Still unsure? That’s exactly what the free clarity call is for. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just connection.
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for all packages. Just reach out—I’d rather help you get the support you need than have pricing be a barrier.
The best first step is to schedule a free clarity call. It’s a low-pressure way to get to know each other, ask questions, and see if we’re a fit. You can also explore my coaching packages and book directly if you already know what you need.
If we discover that therapy would be a better fit for your current needs, I’ll refer you to trusted providers or resources—especially if you're in California or Indiana, where I'm licensed as a therapist. Coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy, and I always honor that boundary.
Nope—and that’s an ethical boundary I take seriously. If we’re working together as a coach, I won’t also be your therapist (and vice versa). That said, if you’re located in California or Indiana and think you may need therapy instead of coaching, I’m happy to talk it through and refer you to the right space.
Yes! Coaching is not location-restricted like therapy. I work with clients all over the U.S. and occasionally internationally. If you have internet and Zoom, we’re good to go.
I offer one free late cancellation per year, no questions asked. Otherwise, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' offer one free late cancellation per year, no questions asked. or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you have to miss a session because of an emergency, please let me know asap so we can discuss if the late cancellation fee applies.
Coaching is not covered by insurance, and I don’t bill through insurance providers. However, some clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds if coaching qualifies under their plan. I’m happy to provide invoices for reimbursement if needed—just ask your provider what's allowed.
